Every quote is checked word-for-word against your actual recording, so it cannot put words in your mouth. Tap the play button on any moment and the tape starts right there.
Where your words go
The short version. The full policy says the same things at length, not different ones.
Audio stays on your phone
It is uploaded to be transcribed, and our copy is deleted once your phone confirms it holds its own.
Nobody trains on it
Transcription and analysis run at ElevenLabs, Anthropic and OpenAI. None of them may train on what you say.
No ads in the app
Nothing is sold to advertisers. Meta's measurement SDK only tells us which of our own ads work — it asks first on iPhone and never sees a word of your journal.
Delete it all, in one tap
Profile → Delete account removes every recording, transcript and insight. There is no undo.
